full inspection, not JUST A"walkthrough" no contract needed

 1. Severe storms. As the threat passes, we will be there to survey the property inside and out. Should there be damage, we will notify you immediately and send photos and videos. If the roof is compromised, we will have it tarped in the event of more rain. We will also bring in outdoor furniture  if predicted wind velocity dictates.

2. Security. In the event of any unauthorized attempt to break-in, vandalism, outside or inside water leak, etc., we will notify you first then meet with

appropriate authorities. We will always know the location of cut-off

valves and electrical circuits.

3. Inspections. Included but not limited to the following:

a. Hot Water Heater... Drain valve pan, over flow switch. General condition. 

b. Appliances: Refrigerator. We check the ice maker line and verify settings; In addition, the garbage disposal, stove, faucets, dishwasher, water purification unit are inspected.

c. Heating and Air... Filter, (change if necessary.) Thermostat;  We will set  per your instructions. Inspect condensation lines for blockage, and test overflow switch .

d. Plumbing. ..Flush all toilets. Check for subtle drainage or continuous running.  Check for dripping faucets.

e. Electrical... Knowledge of panel location. If any working breaker is tripped, we will conduct an investigation first, then re-set, to" on" if advisable; If not, we will leave in "off" position You will be notified, if this occurs,  by phone and email.

f.  Plants... We will check and water if necessary.

g. Freeze warning... We will bring in outdoor plants. Depending on type of structure, cover or drip outdoor faucets. (After freeze, we will return to cut-off.) This is not necessary in many structures.

h.  Lighting check... Bulb replacement (even high ones!) if necessary.

i. Extensive check for mold and rodent activity.

j. Exterior check... Faucets, grounds. Dry plants/grass due to irrigation failure.

k. Any additional requested service.
